4 Quarterly In-person Meetings
Once a quarter, meet with Brooke and your CFO at their office in Fort Worth, Texas for two days of intense work ON your business.
Hot Seat Opportunity
During the in-person meeting, each firm will have a 1/2 day on the "Hot Seat" to get custom solutions for their firm and formulate this quarter's plan.
8 Accountability Calls
Every month that the group does not meet in-person there is a group accountability call. This call is led by Brooke to help keep you on track and focused on executing this quarter's plan..
